The Tony BTC Explorer dashboard is the control center for your self-sovereign Bitcoin commerce operation. Understanding what each element shows and what action (if any) it requires is essential for operating confidently.
Pool health section
The five stat cards at the top show the status of your Bitcoin address pool:
*Available* — Addresses in your pool that have not been assigned to any order. This is your capacity. When this number drops below 20, generate and upload more addresses.
*Assigned* — Addresses currently assigned to pending orders. Each pending order occupies one address until it is confirmed, expired, or cancelled.
*Used* — Addresses where payment has been confirmed. These are retired from the pool and will not be reused.
*Expired* — Orders that timed out without payment. The explorer recycles these addresses back to Available automatically every 5 minutes.
*Pending Orders* — The count of live orders currently awaiting payment. This should match your Assigned count in normal operation.
Pool health bar
The green/amber/red bar below the stats shows what percentage of your total pool is available. Green (>50%) means you have plenty of capacity. Amber (20-50%) means plan to upload more addresses soon. Red (<20%) means upload more immediately.
Active orders table
Each pending order shows the order number, the Bitcoin address assigned to it, the BTC amount required, the fiat equivalent, the expiry time, and the current status.
Watch for orders that stay in `awaiting_payment` status past their expiry time. These have not been recycled yet and will be in the next cycle.
Business Report section
The business report (pushed daily from the explorer to WordPress) shows WooCommerce order counts for 7 and 30 day windows, the current pool status as WordPress sees it, and the explorer uptime. The "Last push" timestamp tells you when the explorer last successfully communicated with your WordPress site.
If the last push is more than 24 hours ago, check that your explorer is running and that your WordPress site is accessible.
