Payments & Bitcoin
Do I really need a Bitcoin wallet to buy?
Yes — all purchases are settled on-chain in Bitcoin. You’ll need a wallet that can send on-chain BTC. Lightning is not currently supported. Any standard Bitcoin wallet works: Exodus, BlueWallet, Sparrow, hardware wallets, exchange withdrawals, etc.
How long does payment confirmation take?
Typically 10–30 minutes for one block confirmation. Once confirmed, your download and license key are delivered instantly and automatically — no manual approval needed on our end.
What if I send the wrong amount?
Each order generates a unique Bitcoin address with an exact BTC amount. If you send a different amount the payment won’t confirm. Contact us via the support email and we’ll sort it out manually.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products and Bitcoin’s irreversibility, all sales are final. We encourage you to review the product description carefully and reach out with any pre-sale questions before purchasing.

Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
One-time, forever. Pay once and the license never expires. No renewals, no annual fees, no SaaS lock-in. You own it permanently.
How many sites can I use a license on?
Each license covers a single site install. If you need multiple site licenses, contact us — we can arrange multi-site pricing.
Do I get future updates?
Yes. All plugins receive updates for bug fixes and compatibility. Major version upgrades are included at no extra cost for the life of your license.
What WordPress version do I need?
WordPress 6.0 or higher is recommended. WooCommerce-dependent plugins also require WooCommerce 7.0+. Full requirements are listed on each product page.
Technical & Setup
Do the plugins require any third-party APIs?
No. Every plugin in this ecosystem is self-contained and self-sovereign. No external API keys, no third-party payment processors, no services that can revoke your access. Everything runs on your own server.
Do I need to run my own Bitcoin node?
SatoshiStore and the Node + Explorer Bundle are designed to work with your own Bitcoin Core node via RPC/ZMQ. If you don’t have a node, the Node + Explorer Bundle includes a full setup guide to get you running.
What if I get stuck during setup?
