All products sold by Altered Reality AI are digital goods — downloadable software, plugins, and documentation. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download link or licence key has been delivered.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery.

All purchases are delivered digitally and instantly. Once your Bitcoin payment is confirmed on-chain, your download link and licence key are made available immediately — no manual processing, no waiting.

Delivery is fully automated through our self-sovereign system. If you experience any issue accessing your files after payment confirms, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

In the rare event that a product is significantly not as described, or contains a critical technical defect that cannot be resolved, we will review your case individually. Contact us with your order details and a clear description of the issue.

All payments are processed on-chain in Bitcoin. Bitcoin transactions are irreversible by nature. By completing a payment you confirm you understand and accept these terms. No third-party processors are involved — your payment goes directly to our node.
